  • Add the raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice to a mixing bowl and stir them together. Let sit for 15 minutes.
    246 grams raspberries, 50 grams granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. The raspberries will release their natural juices.
  • Spoon the raspberries over your favorite desserts and enjoy!

Notes

Storage: Transfer the berries to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Mix well before using.
Freezing: Freeze the macerated raspberries in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Let thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
