Dollop of Dough
Creamy cookie butter overnight oats that are super easy to meal prep and taste like dessert!
Biscoff overnight oats are creamy and indulgent with the warm, caramelized flavor of Lotus Biscoff cookies! They're delicious with fiber and protein to keep you full throughout the morning.
Whole rolled oats, chia seeds, Lotus Biscoff spread (or cookie butter), and milk (you can use dairy or non-dairy. I used oat milk).
First, mix the oats and chia seeds together in a large bowl. After that, melt biscoff in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Next, pour the melted biscoff spread into the oats and chia seeds. Stir with a spoon until the oats are coated well.
Pour in the milk and stir well. Cover the bowl and chill for at least 4 hours but preferably overnight.
When the oats have thickened, portion them into jars, plasticware, or other small containers for serving.
Melt more biscoff in the microwave and then add a tablespoon to each jar of oats. Let chill until the biscoff has hardened.
Take your oats on the go and enjoy! Want to make this recipe? Check out the full instructions at:
