Key Lime Pie Overnight Oats

Creamy overnight oats packed with protein and lots of  zesty lime flavor. They taste like dessert for breakfast!

These Key lime pie overnight oats are a tangy, protein-packed, delicious way to start your day. They're easy to meal prep so you have breakfast all week long!

Ingredients Needed

Whole rolled oats, chia seeds, key lime zest, vanilla protein powder, lime juice, coconut milk, and graham crackers (optional).

First, add the whole rolled oats, chia seeds, key lime zest, and protein powder to a large bowl.

Step 1

Stir the dry ingredients together until combined evenly. Then pour in the Key lime juice, coconut milk, and honey.

Step 2

Once all the wet ingredients are added, stir everything together until smooth and creamy. Cover the bowl and let thicken in the refrigerator overnight.

Step 3

Once thickened, portion the oats between 5 or so jars or other containers. Layer with yogurt or coconut cream and garnish with graham crackers if desired.
