Refreshing, chewy bars that are the best no bake healthy snack or treat.
You need oats, almonds, almond butter, Greek yogurt, honey, salt, and vanilla to make the bars.
Mix the oats, almond butter, honey, almonds, and salt together in a large bowl with a rubber spatula. The oats should be completely coated with almond butter.
Line a square baking pan with parchment paper for easy clean up. Then press the oat mixture into the pan, pressing it tightly against the edges and corners.
In a clean mixing bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract together. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Pour the yogurt over the oat granola layer. Then, spread the yogurt evenly across the pan with a rubber spatula, butter knife, or back of a large spoon.
Place the pan in the freezer for 4 hours or until the yogurt is completely frozen. Add berries and fruit before freezing and other toppings like nut butter after the bars are completely frozen.
