Chocolate Fudge Frosting

Ingredients Needed

Powdered sugar, unsalted butter, chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.

Add the ingredients to a medium saucepan. Melt together over medium heat, stirring as the ingredients come together.
