Chia Seed Banana Bread

Moist, healthy banana bread with chia seeds for a nutritional boost.

This fluffy chia banana bread is made with superfoods like chia seeds and Greek yogurt to provide fiber and healthy fats. It's a great healthy option that will satisfy your sweet tooth.


Ripe bananas, eggs, oil, Greek yogurt, vanilla, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and chia seeds.

Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease your loaf pan or line with parchment paper. Mash the bananas in a large bowl with a fork.

Step 1

Add the eggs, oil, Greek yogurt, and vanilla to the mashed bananas. Whisk until the ingredients are well combined.

Step 2

Fold the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into the wet ingredients. Then gently fold in the chia seeds.

Step 3

Pour the banana bread batter into the prepared loaf pan. Smooth out the top and sprinkle with additional chia seeds.

Step 4

Bake the chia banana bread for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
