These skinny strawberry lemonade mojitos are naturally sweetened and made with strawberries, mint, lemon juice, and rum. They're fizzy, slightly sweet, and the perfect, cocktails for sunny days.
Smack the mint in your hands to release the oils. Add the mint, strawberry slices, and lemon wedges to a highball glass.
With a muddler, muddle the fruit. Press down on the fruit firmly with the muddler and turn 4-6 times.
Pour in the stevia and rum. Stir until well combined.
Add crushed ice and top with sparkling water.

This recipe makes one mojito. Feel free to double or triple the recipe if you're making it for multiple people.You can use the back of a spoon if you don't have a muddler.
