A baked white chocolate cheesecake on a homemade Oreo crust. Topped with homemade whipped cream!
This white chocolate Oreo cheesecake is so creamy and decadent. The cheesecake filling is flavored with melted white chocolate. It's perfect for Oreo lovers.
You only need one standard package of Oreo cookies (36 cookies) and melted butter.
Chopped white chocolate, full fat cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, cornstarch, salt, vanilla, and eggs.
You only need heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar to make delicious homemade whipped cream!
Make the Oreo crust by grinding Oreos in a food processor. Mix the Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press into a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Then beat in vanilla, cornstarch, and salt. Add sour cream and melted white chocolate.
Next, beat in the large eggs one at a time until combined. Scrape the bowl after adding the second and third egg to get any clumps.
Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 70-90 minutes until set. Let cool in the oven, on the counter, and then in the fridge overnight.
The whipped cream is super simple. Just beat the heavy cream (it whips easier when cold) and powdered sugar together on high until medium peaks form.
Release the cheesecake from the pan, top with whipped cream, and enjoy! Want to make this recipe? Check out the full instructions at:
