These bakery-style white chocolate chip muffins are soft and delicious! They're fluffy and sweet with white chocolate in every bite. They are the perfect breakfast treat.

Ingredients

All purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, eggs, butter, buttermilk, vanilla, and white chocolate chips.

Preheat the oven to 425F and prepare a muffin pan with liners. Then, whisk the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together in a medium mixing bowl. Set aside.

Step 1

In a separate large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, melted butter, buttermilk, and vanilla extract together until smooth and well combined.

Step 2

Fold the dry ingredients into the wet until about 90% combined. Then gently fold in the white chocolate. Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes.

Step 3

With a cookie scoop or spoon, fill each muffin liner about 3/4 of the way full. Place the pan in the oven, lower the heat to 350F, and bake until the tops are golden brown.

Step 4

Let the muffins cool completely, dust with powdered sugar, and enjoy! Want to make these muffins? Check out the full recipe at:
