White Chocolate Chip Brownies

White chocolate chip brownies are the ultimate treat for chocolate lovers. They're made in 1 bowl, bake up in under 40 minutes, and have an incredibly soft and fudgy texture plus perfectly shiny tops!

Ingredients Needed

Chocolate, oil, vanilla, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, egg white, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and white chocolate chips.

First melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl for 2 minutes, mixing every 15 seconds or so until completely melted. Then whisk in the oil.

Step 1

Beat the sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and egg white together in a large bowl on medium-high speed until pale. Then stream in the oil and chocolate mixture.

Step 2

Fold the flour, cocoa powder, and salt into the wet ingredients. Be careful not to overmix.

Step 3

Next, carefully fold in the white chocolate chips. Try not to overmix the batter or the brownies might be tough.

Step 4

Pour the brownie batter into a square baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. They're done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
