White Chocolate Blueberry Cookies

Buttery, chewy cookies with a swirl of blueberry jam and studded with melty white chocolate pieces.

These blueberry white chocolate cookies are the most delicious fruity treat. Melty pools of sweet white chocolate compliment the tart blueberry jam perfectly.

Ingredients Needed

Melted butter, sugar, egg, egg yolk, vanilla, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, blueberry jam, and white chocolate.

First, melt your butter and let it cool. In a large bowl, whisk in the sugar until well combined.

Step 1

Whisk in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until combined. The mixture will look like a thin paste.

Step 2

Pour all of the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Fold them in with a rubber spatula until a few dry streaks of flour remain.

Step 3

Next, fold in the blueberry jam gently until swirls form throughout the dough. If the dough turns completely blue, you've overmixed. Then fold in the white chocolate.

Step 4

Scoop dough balls and place on a baking sheet. Chill overnight and then bake for 14-17 minutes until the edges are golden.

Step 5

Let the cookies cool completely and enjoy! Want to make this recipe? Check out the full instructions at:
