Overripe bananas, neutral oil, eggs, vanilla, apple cider vinegar, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Full fat cream cheese, softened butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Make sure the cream cheese and butter are room temperature.
Start by mashing your bananas in a large bowl, making them as chunky or as smooth as you want. Then mix in the oil, eggs, vanilla, and vinegar.
Fold the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon into the wet ingredients until no dry streaks remain.
Pour the batter into a lined loaf pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and cool completely.
Make the frosting by creaming cream cheese and butter together. Slowly beat in the powdered sugar and then add the vanilla and salt. Mix until fluffy and creamy.
