This white chocolate cheesecake is so lush and creamy! It has a buttery graham cracker crust with strawberry jam and fresh strawberries on top.
Graham cracker crumbs, light or dark brown sugar, salt, and melted unsalted butter.
White chocolate, cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla, cornstarch, salt, sour cream, eggs, and strawberry jam.
First, melt the white chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted.
Mix the graham crackers, brown sugar, and salt together. Then mix in the butter. Press into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Make the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese and sugar together. Then mix in the melted chocolate, vanilla, cornstarch, and salt. Mix in the eggs.
Bake the cheesecake for 55-70 minutes. Let cool gradually in the warm oven for an hour, then move on top of the oven. Cool for another hour and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
