A chocolate chip cookie skillet (or pizookie) stuffed with graham crackers and marshmallows!
This s'mores skillet cookie is the ultimate summer dessert! It has crisp edges and a gooey center loaded with chocolate, graham cracker pieces, and toasted mini marshmallows.
Butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, egg yolk, vanilla extract, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chocolate chips, graham crackers, and mini marshmallows.
Whisk the melted butter, sugar, and brown sugar together. Then add in the eggs, yolk, and vanilla extract.
Fold the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into the wet ingredients with a rubber spatula.
Add chocolate. chips, crushed graham crackers, and mini marshmallows to the dough. Fold in gently.
Grease a cast iron skillet with butter or cooking spray. Spread the dough into an even layer with your fingers or an offset spatula.
Top the skillet with more chocolate, graham crackers, and marshmallows. Bake for about 45 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is soft but not jiggly.
