Also known as confetti squares, these are nostalgic, delicious festive treats!
Peanut butter marshmallow squares are a delicious, no-bake dessert with peanut butter and melted butterscotch. They're so fun filled with colorful mini marshmallows!
Butterscotch chips, peanut butter, butter (salted or unsalted), vanilla extract, and mini marshmallows (regular or rainbow).
Start by placing butterscotch chips, peanut butter, and butter to a large pot or saucepan over medium-low.
Mix constantly with a whisk or spatula until the mixture has fully melted and is smooth and creamy.
Take the pot off the heat and quickly mix in the marshmallows. You can freeze the marshmallows for a few minutes beforehand so they don't melt.
Pour the peanut butter marshmallow mixture into a 8x8 or 9x9 pan lined with parchment. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
