Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares

A delicious, nostalgic childhood treat also known as confetti squares.

Peanut butter marshmallow squares are so nostalgic and easy to make with just a handful of ingredients. There's no baking involved!

Ingredients

Butterscotch chips, peanut butter, butter (salted or unsalted), vanilla extract, and mini marshmallows (regular or rainbow).

First, place butterscotch chips, peanut butter, and butter to a large pot or saucepan over medium-low.

Step 1

Mix constantly with a whisk or spatula until the mixture has fully melted and is smooth and creamy.

Step 2

Quickly mix in the vanilla and marshmallows. It's helpful to pop the bag of marshmallows into the freezer for a few minutes to keep them from melting.

Step 3

Pour the peanut butter marshmallow mixture into a square pan lined with parchment paper. Let the bars chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Step 4

Slice into squares and enjoy! Want to make this recipe? Check out the full instructions at:
