Creamy baked white chocolate cheesecake on an Oreo crust topped with whipped cream and more Oreo cookies!
This white chocolate Oreo cheesecake is perfect for Oreo lovers! It's creamy and decadent with Oreos in the crust and sprinkled on top.
You only need one standard package of Oreo cookies (36 cookies) and melted unsalted butter.
White chocolate, cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, cornstarch, salt, vanilla, and eggs.
Make the Oreo crust by grinding Oreos in a food processor. Then mix the Oreo crumbs with melted butter.
Press the crust mixture into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes while you make the filling.
Beat cream cheese and sugar together. Then beat in vanilla extract, cornstarch, and salt. Add the sour cream and melted white chocolate.
Next, beat in the large, room temperature eggs one at a time. Scrape the bowl after adding the second and third egg to get any clumps.
Pour the cheesecake filling over the baked crust. Bake for 70-90 minutes until puffed and set. Let the cheesecake cool gradually overnight.
