Olive Oil Cookies

These olive oil cookies are chewy sugar cookies made without butter. They have a tasty, herbaceous flavor.

These olive oil cookies are sweet and chewy with a lovely grassy flavor. They don't require any chill time and are easy to make it 20 minutes.

Ingredients Needed

Extra virgin olive oil, sugar, egg, egg yolk, vanilla, molasses, all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt.

Stir the olive oil and sugar together in a large mixing bowl. Then, mix in the vanilla extract, molasses, egg, and egg yolk.

Step 1

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold them in with a rubber spatula until no dry streaks of flour remain.

Step 2

Scoop the dough on to a lined baking sheet and bake at 350F for 11-14 minutes. The edges will be golden brown and the middles will still be soft.
