Nutella Swirl Banana Bread

Moist banana bread with classic and Nutella flavored batters swirled together and more Nutella swirled on top.

This Nutella banana bread uses a whole cup of Nutella (chocolate hazelnut spread)! It is soft and moist featured a pretty marbled pattern of plain and Nutella flavored batters.

Ingredients Needed

Bananas, oil, eggs, vanilla, apple cider vinegar, all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and Nutella.

Mash the bananas in a large bowl using a fork or potato masher. Whisk in the oil, eggs, vanilla, and vinegar until well combined.

Step 1

Fold flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon into the mixture of wet ingredients.

Step 2

Divide the batter in half. Transfer half to a medium mixing bowl. Stir ⅔ cup Nutella into one half of the batter until well combined.

Step 3

Spoon both banana bread batters into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper, alternating between plain and Nutella.

Step 4

Dollop Nutella on top and swirl with a skewer or knife. Bake for 50-65 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean with a few moist crumbs attached to it.
