No Bake Chocolate Mousse Pie

A no bake pie with oreo crust, light chocolate mousse filling, and whipped cream on top!

This easy chocolate mousse pie is the perfect decadent no bake dessert for Summer. No need to turn on your oven! It has a silky chocolates mousse and crunchy chocolate cookie crust.

Ingredients Needed

Oreos, melted butter, egg yolks, sugar, heavy cream, vanilla, dark chocolate, egg whites, and powdered sugar.

Make the crust by pulsing Oreos and melted butter in a food processor. Press into a pie pan and chill in the freezer.

Step 1

Whisk the egg yolks and sugar in a medium bowl until the color lightens. Meanwhile, heat cream, vanilla, and salt in a saucepan on the stove until the edges bubble.

Step 2

Slowly pour the warm cream into the egg and sugar mixture while whisking to lightly cook (temper) the yolks.

Step 3

Put the custard back in the saucepan and whisk in the chocolate until it coats the back of a spoon. Pour in a bowl and chill.

Step 4

Whip egg whites and sugar in a bowl until a meringue forms and fold into the chocolate. Pour over the Oreo crust, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the fridge overnight.

Step 5
