This honey vanilla banana bread is soft, moist, and full of banana flavor. It's easy to make in just one bowl!
Bananas, eggs, oil, honey, vanilla, apple cider vinegar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon.
Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl and whisk in the eggs, oil, honey, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar.
Make sure to whisk these ingredients together vigorously until everything is smooth and well combined.
Fold the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt) into the wet ingredients. Don't overmix!
Pour your batter into a 9x5" loaf pan. Smooth out the top with an offset spatula or the back of a spoon.
Mix cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle it all over the batter. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
