This honey banana bread is easy to make in one bowl. It's perfect for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or dessert. It might be the best banana bread I've ever had!
Bananas, eggs, oil, honey, vanilla, apple cider vinegar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon.
First, mash your bananas in a large mixing bowl and add the eggs, oil, honey, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar.
Next, whisk all of the wet ingredients together vigorously until everything is smooth and well combined.
Fold the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into the bowl of wet ingredients. Be careful not to overmix.
Pour the banana bread batter into a loaf pan. Smooth out the top with an offset spatula or the back of a spoon.
Mix coarse sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle all over the banana bread. Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
