Bursting with juicy peaches and a buttery crumble, this easy peach crisp is the ultimate comfort food. Top it with vanilla ice cream and it'll be your go-to dessert all Summer long!
Fresh or frozen peaches, all purpose flour, granulated sugar, and lemon juice.
Flour, butter, sugar, brown sugar, whole rolled oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Toss the peaches in the flour, sugar, and lemon juice. Then, arrange them in an even layer in a baking dish.
In a separate large mixing bowl, mix all of the topping ingredients together until well combined.
Generously sprinkle the oat topping all over the peach filling in the baking dish. Bake at 350°F/180°C for 50-60 minutes.
Once the peaches are bubbling and the topping is golden brown, remove the crisp from the oven. Let it cool slightly and top with vanilla ice cream.
