Easy Banana Bread

This banana bread is easy to make, super moist, and has tons of banana flavor.

This banana bread is so easy to make in 1 bowl! It's made with honey and has a delicious cinnamon sugar topping.

Ingredients Needed

Mashed ripe bananas, eggs, oil, honey, vanilla, apple cider vinegar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon.

Add 4-5 super ripe mashed bananas, eggs, oil, honey, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar to a large bowl.

Step 1

Mix the wet ingredients together with a metal whisk vigorously until well combined and smooth.

Step 2

Fold the all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into the wet ingredients. Fold until the dry streaks of flour just disappear.

Step 3

Pour the banana bread batter into a 9x5" loaf pan. Smooth out the top with an offset spatula or the back of a spoon.

Step 4

Mix cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle on top of the banana bread. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Step 5
