Creamy Lemon Overnight Oats

Creamy overnight oats packed with protein and zesty lemon flavor. They're made with cream cheese.

These creamy lemon overnight are made with cream cheese and are inspired by lemon cheesecake! They are filling and easy to meal prep. You'll be able to make breakfast for the whole week in one night!

Ingredients Needed

Whole rolled oats, chia seeds, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and almond milk.

First, soften the cream cheese in the microwave. Then add the oats, chia seeds,  cream cheese, yogurt, syrup, vanilla, and lemon juice to a large bowl.

Step 1

Pour the almond milk into the bowl and mix all the ingredients together. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.

Step 2

Portion the thickened overnight oats into jars or other small containers. Garnish with more yogurt, chia seeds, or some lemon zest.
