Espresso martinis are super popular right now! This one has creamy oat milk and a thick layer of foam. It's the best dessert cocktail for coffee lovers.
Vodka, coffee liqueur (Kahlua), espresso, oat milk, optional coffee beans and cocoa powder for garnish.
First brew your espresso. Add ice, vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and oat milk to a cocktail shaker.
Shake the cocktail shaker for 20-30 seconds. Then strain the martini into a chilled coupe glass. Do this right away to get a foamy layer of crema.
Garnish with three espresso beans, cocoa powder, espresso powder, shaved chocolate, or whatever else you like. Serve immediately.
