Meg + Matcha
Soft, chewy, and delicious brownie/cookie hybrids that are super easy to make!
You need these ingredients to make the pancakes: flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, butter, coconut sugar, egg, vanilla, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips.
Whisk the gluten free flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and coconut sugar. Then whisk in the egg and vanilla extract.
Mix the flour into the wet ingredients and then split the dough in two. Add more flour to one half of the dough and set aside.
Mix the cocoa powder into the other half of the cookie dough. Then, fold in the chocolate chips gently.
Roll the dough into balls. You will have plain and chocolate cookie dough balls. Then, squish one chocolate and one plain cookie dough ball together to create a marble effect.
Press the marble cookie dough balls down slightly on a lined baking sheet. Bake them at 350F for 8-11 minutes.
