Chocolate Marble Cookies

Soft, chewy, and delicious brownie/cookie hybrids that are super easy to make!

You're going to love these marble cookies! They're half chocolate half sugar cookies. They're soft, chewy, super chocolatey. and have a pretty marbled effect.

Ingredients

You need these ingredients to make the pancakes: flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, butter, coconut sugar, egg, vanilla, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips.

Whisk the gluten free flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together in a large mixing bowl.

Step 1

In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and coconut sugar. Then whisk in the egg and vanilla extract.

Step 2

Mix the flour into the wet ingredients and then split the dough in two. Add more flour to one half of the dough and set aside.

Step 3

Mix the cocoa powder into the other half of the cookie dough. Then, fold in the chocolate chips gently.

Step 4

Roll the dough into balls. You will have plain and chocolate cookie dough balls. Then, squish one chocolate and one plain cookie dough ball together to create a marble effect.

Step 5

Press the marble cookie dough balls down slightly on a lined baking sheet. Bake them at 350F for 8-11 minutes.
