Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes

Chocolate fudge cupcakes with a soft chocolate cake base topped with rich and shiny chocolate fudge frosting. No mixer required!

These are the best ever chocolate fudge cupcakes! If you have a chocolate lover in your life, you have to make these for their birthday. They're moist and fudgy with rich chocolate fudge frosting.

Ingredients for the Cupcakes

Flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, oil, buttermilk, egg, egg white, vanilla, and coffee.

Ingredients for the Frosting

Powdered sugar, unsalted butter, chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla.

First mix all purpose flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large mixing bowl.

Step 1

In a separate bowl. whisk the oil, buttermilk, egg, egg white, and vanilla extract together until smooth.

Step 2

Whisk the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients. Then add the coffee and whisk until smooth.

Step 3

Distribute the cupcake batter and bake for 18-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and transfer to a wire cooling rack after 10 minutes to cool completely.

Step 4

Melt the powdered sugar, butter, chocolate chips, condensed milk, and vanilla in a saucepan. Then transfer to a bowl and chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
