Dollop of Dough
Classic chocolate chip cookies without the chocolate chips!
These chocolate chipless cookies are buttery and chewy on the inside with crisp edges. They have all the best parts of a chocolate chip cookie recipe without the chocolate!
Unsalted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, egg yolk, vanilla, flour, baking soda, salt.
Melt the unsalted butter. Then whisk in the white and brown sugar. Whisk in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla until well combined.
Pour the flour, baking soda, and salt into the bowl. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet until just combined with no pockets of dry flour remaining.
Scoop the cookie dough balls using a medium cookie scoop. Leave about 2 inches in between each of them.
Bake the cookies for 9-13 minutes or until the edges are golden brown but the middles are still puffy and slightly undercooked.
Let the cookies cool on the tray before transferring to a wire rack. Let them cool for 10 minutes and enjoy! If you want to make these cookies, check out the full recipe at
