Chocolate Chip Marshmallow Cookies

Super chewy and buttery chocolate chip cookies stuffed with gooey toasted mini marshmallows. They taste like a s'more!

These chocolate chip marshmallow cookies are loaded with melty chocolate chips and ooey-gooey mini marshmallows! There's no mixer or special equipment needed.

Ingredients Needed

Melted butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, egg yolk, vanilla, all purpose flour, baking soda, salt, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows.

First, whisk the cooled melted butter with the granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.

Step 1

Next add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Whisk everything together vigorously until well combined.

Step 2

Add the flour, baking soda, and salt to the bowl. Fold gently with a rubber spatula until there are a few dry patches of flour left.

Step 3

Next, pour in the chocolate chips. Fold them in gently and then fold in the marshmallows. Chill for 1 hour.

Step 4

Scoop cookie dough balls on to a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 9-11 minutes until the edges are set and the middles are puffy.
