Cherry Cinnamon Rolls

Soft and gooey cinnamon rolls filled with fresh cherry filling and iced with cream cheese frosting.

Homemade cherry cinnamon rolls are soft and chewy with a gooey center of cinnamon sugar and  cherry filling. They're the perfect brunch treat!

Ingredients Needed

Milk, active dry yeast, granulated sugar, two eggs, melted butter, bread flour, and salt.

Warm the milk and bloom the yeast. Then add it, sugar, eggs, and melted butter to a mixer and mix until combined.

Step 1

Stir in the flour and salt. Then knead with the dough hook for 7-10 minutes until a ball forms. Let rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.

Step 2

Roll the dough out into a rectangle. Spread room temperature butter on top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Then add the cherry filling.

Step 3

Roll the dough up and slice with a serrated knife or piece of floss. Place in a casserole dish and rise for 30-40 minutes.

Step 4

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until they're golden brown and no longer doughy. They should be slightly underdone.

Step 5

Let the rolls cool, then frost and enjoy! Want to make this recipe? Check out the full instructions at:
