Brownies with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients for the Brownies

Bittersweet chocolate, oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, eggs, egg white, all purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

Ingredients for the Frosting

Softened unsalted butter, full fat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt.

Melt 1 cup of chocolate in the microwave, mixing every 15 seconds until melted and smooth. Whisk in the oil until combined.

Beat eggs, egg white, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla together in a large bowl on medium-high speed until pale. Then mix in the oil and chocolate.

Fold the flour, cocoa powder, and salt into the wet ingredients. Pour the brownie batter into a square pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Make the frosting by creaming the butter and cream cheese together and gradually beating in the powdered sugar. Then add the vanilla and salt.
