The Best Banana Bread Ever!

Ingredients for Banana Bread

Overripe bananas, oil, eggs, vanilla, apple cider vinegar, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Ingredients for Frosting

Softened full fat cream cheese, softened unsalted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.

First mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl as chunky or as smooth as desired. Then mix in the oil, eggs, vanilla, and vinegar.

Fold the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon into the wet ingredients until there are no dry streaks of flour left.

Pour the banana bread batter into a 1 pound loaf pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

Make the frosting by creaming cream cheese and butter together with a hand mixer. Slowly beat in the powdered sugar and add the vanilla and salt. Mix until creamy and fluffy.
