This is the best banana bread! It's so moist and flavorful. Honey and apple cider vinegar make it extra soft and it has a crunchy cinnamon sugar topping.
Mashed bananas, eggs, oil, honey, vanilla, apple cider vinegar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Add mashed super ripe bananas, eggs, oil, honey, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar to a large bowl.
Next, mix the wet ingredients together with a metal whisk or hand mixer until well combined. It's ok if there are some banana chunks.
Fold the all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into the wet ingredients. Stop mixing right when the dry streaks of flour disappear.
Pour the banana bread batter into a loaf pan. Smooth out the top with an offset spatula or the back of a spoon and make the cinnamon sugar topping.
Mix cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle on top of the batter. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
