Berry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

If you like dessert for breakfast, you have to try these berry cheesecake overnight oats! They're made with blueberries, real cream cheese, and are easy to meal prep.

Ingredients Needed

Whole rolled oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond milk, and blueberries.

First, mix the oats, chia seeds, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract together in a large mixing bowl.

Step 1

Once the oat mixture is smooth with no lumps, let it thicken on the counter for about 5-10 minutes.

Step 2

If using frozen blueberries, microwave them for about 30 seconds. Mash with a fork until jammy, pour out the extra liquid, and set aside.

Step 3

Spoon the oat mixture and mashed blueberries into 5 jars, alternating each layer. The oats will be quite loose. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Step 4
