Ingredients Needed

Bananas, melted butter, oil, eggs, vanilla, apple cider vinegar, all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon

First mash super ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl. You can do this with a fork or potato masher. They can be as smooth or chunky as you want.

Step 1

Whisk in the melted butter, oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and vinegar into the mashed bananas until well combined.

Step 2

Fold the all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon into the wet ingredients. Stop mixing when the dry streaks of flour disappear.

Step 3

Pour the banana bread batter into a loaf pan. Smooth out the top with an offset spatula or the back of a spoon. Top with coarse sugar if desired.

Step 4

Bake the banana bread for 65-80 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean with a few moist crumbs attached.

Step 4

Remove the banana bread from the oven, let cool, slice, and enjoy! Want to make this recipe? Check out the full instructions at:
