Aperol Negroni

A Negroni made with Aperol instead of Campari, giving it a citrusy twist.

Ingredients

Gin (choose a high quality one you like), Aperol, and sweet Vermouth.

Pour the gin, Aperol, and vermouth into a mixing glass filled with ice. Use a jigger to measure the alcohols.
