Aperol Negroni

A Negroni made with Aperol instead of Campari, giving it a citrusy twist.

Instead of the traditional aperitif Campari, this Negroni is made with Aperol to make it less bitter and more citrusy. With gin and sweet Vermouth, you'll want this cocktail every Happy Hour!

Gin (choose a high quality one you like), Aperol, and sweet Vermouth.

Pour the gin, Aperol, and vermouth into a mixing glass filled with ice. Use a jigger to measure the alcohols.

Step 1

With a long handled bar spoon, stir the ingredients together gently. Do not shake this cocktail!

Step 2

Fill a rocks glass with ice and then pour the cocktail over the ice. Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy.
